Introducing Aquasfac
The Aquasfac paver was designed to allow greater drainage of rainwater into the ground. Indeed, the Aquasfac paver, in addition to being equipped with spacers, between 0.3mm and 4cm, has a first layer of concrete called “cavernous” or “carrying” which allows rainwater to be stored then diffused quietly in the ground, and a layer of facing.

We are pleased to have completed and handed over the balconies on the first block of apartments at the Horizon development for Legendre Contractors and Jersey Development Company.
